Mains Cabling and Distribution
Providing Mains Cabling and Distribution for all end-user requirements utilising the latest Rubberbox-type enclosure distros and H07 throughout our entire stock with IP44-rated Ceeform sockets. We hold large quantities of cable ranging from 16amp single-phase cable right up to 125amp 3-phase and Powerlock with all the distro options to suit. We can supply this either on a dry-hire basis or as part of our Technical Planning Service as a key part of a Site Power Contract.
All our installations are done in accordance with BS 7909:2008 (Code of Practice for Temporary Electrical Systems for Entertainment and Related Purposes) and a full BS7909 signoff certification process is undertaken on every Event Electrix site.
Generators and Towerlight Hire
We can provide Generator Hire with the latest FG Wilson sets from 20kVa right up to 500kVa sets and bigger to suit your individual requirements. In addition, we can provide varying types of redundancy to suit budget including standby/runner configuration, AMF Panels and Sychronised Generator Sets to provide backup should anything go wrong. In addition, we can provide Towerlights on an individual basis or many units to light an entire site.
To support our Generators and Towerlights, we also provide an integrated Fuel Management Service using our fully-bunded road-tow bowsers complete with 4x4 vehicles and Quad Bikes to enable us to safely and quickly navigate any event site.
Ancillary Safety Equipment Hire
As part of our hire stock, we carry a large stock of safety equipment ancillary to any of our systems. This includes Cable Ramping of varying channel sizes and capacities designed to take not only Power Cabling but other utilities alongside including Water and Data Communications. In addition, we carry full Emergency Lighting required for any Temporary Structures and Buildings including Frog Eyes and 'Running Man' exit signs to BS5266:2005.
Lighting & Heating
We hold a large range of Lighting Stock ranging from Standard Event Flourescent Fixtures and Halogen Fixtures to IP44 as well as a large stock of HQI Floodlighting in varying colours which provide excellent architectual lighting reguluarly used for uplighting Buildings, Woodland and Features. All these can be supplied either on a dry-hire basis or as part of a full Event Site Power Contract with competitive rates.
In addition, we hold a range of Industrial Electric Heaters including 2.8kW Single-phase heaters and 18kW Three-phase heaters which are equally at home in a building or building.
Technical Planning
On Site Power Contract Jobs, we undertake a full Technical Planning service including, where required, collation of Power requirements from all involved Parties including Traders, Stages and Bar Contractors. From this, we will design and specify a full system right through from Generators, Redundancy, Power Cabling and Distribution, Lighting and Safety Equipment specifying the right equipment to deliver the correct solution for your event whilst, of course, allowing spare provision for any last minute extras that may be required.
We will then produce full schedules and CAD plans from this to ensure that the installation on site goes as smoothly as possible.
Technical Engineer Support
On-site, we are able to provide full Engineer Technical Support offering a solution to fit both your Support Needs vs Budget. Whether its an on-site 24 hour immediate response you require or an on-call service, Event Electrix will provide first-class support whatever happens and resolve any issues quickly and simply providing full fault-reports at the end of each day.
Furthermore, through a Proactive approach to Support, we undertake regular Generator and Load Monitoring at specific intervals in order to ensure that nothing gets in the way of your event.
